We describe materials, plating, and finish to the best of our knowledge on each product page.
- Product photographs are for representation only; actual colour, shine, and finish may vary slightly due to studio lighting, photography, and individual screen/device settings.
- Being handcrafted, oxidised and traditional pieces may show minor natural variation in finish, weight, or oxidisation pattern from piece to piece — this is characteristic of the craft and is not treated as a defect.
- We recommend keeping jewellery away from water, perfume, and sweat, and storing pieces in an air-tight pouch to preserve plating and finish for as long as possible.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide — including shipping address and contact details — is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or stock unavailability, and will inform you and process any applicable refund if we do so.
Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Cash-on-delivery may be available on select orders and locations, where indicated at checkout.
4. Pricing
All prices on the site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to change without prior notice and to their own individual validity periods and terms.
